The situation

Sims For Hire brings professional racing simulators to events: corporate activations, brand launches, trade shows and private parties. A single event can be worth thousands of dollars, so a steady flow of inquiries is what the business runs on.

The goal was to generate event inquiries from Miami and South Florida through the website, at a cost per inquiry the business could scale.

What we ran

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Website inquiry forms
  • Karbon first-party site tracking
  • Spring: an awareness campaign, a website-lead campaign for Miami and South Florida, and 7-day retargeting of site visitors who had not yet inquired. Around Miami's race week (Apr 28 – May 4) we added location-pinned lead ads in Bayside, Brickell, Lummus Park and South Beach.
  • Summer (Jun 14 – Jul 29): one corporate lead-generation campaign at $60 a day, optimised for website inquiries. It targeted ages 28 to 60 with interests in event management, marketing, entrepreneurship, motorsport, Formula One, luxury goods and trade shows, within 25 miles of Miami, widened to 50 miles on Jun 23.
  • Four short videos: past-client proof, employee appreciation, drawing a crowd to an opening, and 'we bring the race to you'. No prices in the ads.
  • A dedicated booking page from Jun 20, plus a short popup form for quick questions.

Results

The ads reached 473,962 impressions with a 2.09% click-through rate at $0.69 per link click.

Once the budget moved from awareness to lead campaigns, cost per inquiry dropped from $163.12 in April to $45.20 in May and stayed between $45 and $52 through July.

July was the strongest month for volume, with 34 inquiries.
