The situation

My Little Genius Academy is a preschool. This campaign promoted its Danville, CA campus to local parents.

The goal was to get families to request a tour, which is the first step toward enrollment, from a single landing page.

What we ran

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Tour-request landing page
  • Karbon first-party site tracking
  • One Meta lead campaign aimed at parents aged 25 to 45, with two ad sets: Danville and the surrounding towns at $40 a day, and San Ramon at $20 a day.
  • Four ads: two static enrollment ads and two short video ads, one version of each for each area.
  • Every ad linked to a single tour-request page. On Jun 5, 2026 we rebuilt it with the form above the fold and reviews on the page.
  • Inquiries went straight into the school's CRM, tagged with their ad source whenever the click carried one.

Results

The launch month was the standout: a 4.24% click-through rate, $0.96 per link click, and 13 inquiries at $92.71 each.

Across the full 19 weeks, the ads reached 388,308 impressions at a 2.40% click-through rate and produced 50 enrollment inquiries, roughly one every two and a half days, for a local preschool campus.

What we learned

  1. A local preschool campaign can start fast. Parents responded in the first month with a 4.24% click-through rate and inquiries under $100 each.
  2. In a single small neighbourhood audience, fresh creative on a regular schedule is what keeps inquiries coming week after week.
