The best marketing agency for most chiropractors is Rocket Chiro, because it is the only one here that publishes what it charges — websites from $150/month, website plus local SEO from $1,000/month, Google Ads management from $250/month — and states "No long-term contracts. I earn your business every month." It is also run by a former practicing DC. If you need Meta ads, a CRM and reactivation campaigns rather than search alone, ChiroBasix and ChiroCandy are the stronger fits. Every agency below was verified against its own live site in September 2026.

Best for: solo and micro practices that want a published price, no contract, and a former chiropractor answering the phone
Strengths
The only published rate card in chiropractic marketing: websites from $150/month, website plus local SEO from $1,000/month, Google Ads management from $250/month, and a $89/month coaching membership
Run by Jerry Kennedy, a former practicing DC of nine years, who states he handles client support directly rather than through account managers
"No long-term contracts. I earn your business every month" — the clearest terms on this list
Considerations
Meta and Facebook ads are not offered — the stack is website, Google Business Profile and local SEO, plus Google Ads
Publishes no client count, founding year or retention rate; the only third-party proof on the site is a handful of Google reviews
Pricing: Published: websites from $150/mo · website + local SEO from $1,000/mo · Google Ads management from $250/mo · coaching $89/mo · Lock-in: None — "no long-term contracts"
Best for: practices that want one chiropractic-only team running the website, ads, reviews and CRM as a single system
Strengths
Chiropractic-exclusive and genuinely full-service: websites, local SEO and AEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads, email and text, reputation management and its own ENGAGE CRM
Publishes 10+ years of experience, 200+ practices grown and a 97%+ annual retention rate
One of only two agencies here that names paid social as a managed channel rather than as content posting
Considerations
No pricing and no contract term appear anywhere on the site — everything routes to a free strategy session
The proof is self-reported: a 5.0-star rating is displayed without a review count, and the 97% retention figure is not sourced
Pricing: Pricing not published — quoted after a call · Lock-in: Not published
Best for: practices that want the broadest paid-media stack in the category, including streaming TV and retargeting
Strengths
The widest channel list here: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Maps, streaming TV, retargeting, website, SEO and AI search, plus an AI patient coordinator
The strongest published footprint of the chiropractic specialists: in business since 2015, 2,000+ practices served, $450M+ in client revenue generated, and an Inc. 5000 mention
Founder Billy Sticker chairs the Technology and Innovation Committee for the Texas Chiropractic Association — a verifiable industry credential rather than a testimonial
Considerations
No longer chiropractic-exclusive — the site now says it serves "both chiropractic offices and healthcare practices"
Neither pricing nor contract terms are published; the revenue and practice-count figures are self-reported and not tied to a named source
Pricing: Pricing not published — quoted after a call · Lock-in: Not published
Best for: practices that want Google and Meta patient-acquisition ads with a live dashboard tying every dollar to a booked new-patient appointment
Strengths
AI-driven reporting — a live dashboard shows what every ad dollar did, down to the lead
No lock-in: month-to-month terms, cancel anytime
Published intro tiers starting at $500/month, so you know the cost before the first call
Considerations
Small, newer team — we don't have a decade-deep case-study library yet
Not chiropractic-exclusive, and we do not integrate with practice-management systems like ChiroTouch or Genesis — the chiro-only shops above know the compliance and reactivation patterns of this niche better than we do
Best for: practices whose growth problem is retention and reactivation rather than new-patient volume
Strengths
Chiropractic-only and founded by two chiropractors, Dr. Jeff Langmaid and Dr. Jason Deitch
Built around the part of the funnel everyone else ignores: done-for-you patient-lifecycle email, active-care support and dedicated reactivation sequences
States it serves over 10,000 practices — the largest claimed footprint on this list
Considerations
It does not run ads. There is no Google Ads or Meta Ads service, so it is a complement to an acquisition agency, not a replacement for one
No pricing, contract terms or founding year are published
Pricing: Pricing not published — quoted after a call · Lock-in: Not published
Best for: multi-discipline clinics that run chiropractic alongside dental or vision under one roof
Strengths
Covers the three channels a practice actually needs to buy patients: conversion-focused websites, Google search, display and video ads, and Facebook and Instagram ads
Publishes "Over 2500+ clients trust us with their internet marketing needs"
Adds Echo, its own patient-engagement and automated-communication product, on top of the media
Considerations
Not chiropractic-only — it splits its focus across chiropractic, dental and vision, so less of the team's day is spent in this niche
No pricing, contract term, founding year or review count is published anywhere on the site
Pricing: Pricing not published — quoted after a call · Lock-in: Not published
Best for: clinic owners who want local and AI search handled well, or who would rather learn SEO than outsource it
Strengths
Deep local-SEO focus — Google Business Profile audits, AI search optimization (AEO), content marketing and blogging for clinics
Offers a DIY route as well as done-for-you: its "Ready. Set. Rank!" program teaches clinic owners to run their own SEO
Has been operating under the same brand since at least 2011, per the copyright on its own site
Considerations
No paid media — neither Google Ads nor Meta Ads appears in its service list, so this is an organic-only partner
Serves chiropractors alongside acupuncturists, physical therapists and other wellness practitioners, and publishes no client count, pricing or contract terms
Pricing: Pricing not published — quoted after a call · Lock-in: Not published
Best for: practices that want in-house photo, video and branding alongside the media buying
Strengths
A genuinely full-service shop: websites, SEO and AI search, digital advertising, local SEO, photo and video, branding and social media management
States it keeps the team in-house in Lexington, Kentucky rather than outsourcing execution to vendors
Considerations
The least specialized agency on this list — chiropractic is one of five verticals it names, alongside dental, home services, legal and financial advisors
Publishes no pricing, contract terms, client count, founding year or review count
Pricing: Pricing not published — quoted after a call · Lock-in: Not published
How we ranked these
Every agency is scored out of 100 across five weighted dimensions. The weights are fixed across every list on this site, so a 78 here means the same thing as a 78 on any other niche.
Niche specialization30 points
How much of the agency's actual business is this one industry. A shop that works only in this niche scores full marks; a generalist that lists it among twenty verticals scores about half.
Pricing transparency20 points
Does it publish what it charges on its own website. Full marks for real numbers you can read before a sales call, partial for a published budget framework or starting-at figure, zero for "contact us".
Proof and reviews20 points
Verifiable evidence on its own site: years in business, client counts, named case studies, third-party review counts, Google/Meta partner badges. Unsourced hype counts for nothing.
Service fit20 points
Whether the service mix matches what this industry actually needs to get customers, rather than what is easiest to sell.
Contract flexibility10 points
Month-to-month terms and client ownership of the website, ad accounts and data score highest; undisclosed or multi-year terms score lowest.
Every agency here was checked against its own live website. Pricing, contract terms, client counts and review counts are only stated where the agency publishes them — everything else is recorded as "not published" rather than guessed at. Scores are ours, they are subjective, and the rubric above is published so you can disagree with them.

Frequently asked questions
What does a chiropractic marketing agency cost?
Only one agency on this list publishes figures. Rocket Chiro charges from $150/month for a website, from $1,000/month for a website plus local SEO, from $250/month for Google Ads management and $89/month for its coaching membership. Everyone else quotes after a call. Note what the published card excludes: ad spend is separate, and at $250/month for management you are still buying the clicks yourself. Budget the management fee and the media as two different lines. What chiropractic marketing costs →
Which chiropractic marketing agencies publish their prices?
One of the eight we verified in September 2026: Rocket Chiro. ChiroBasix, ChiroCandy, Perfect Patients, The Smart Chiropractor, Inception Online Marketing, Propel and Harris & Ward all route pricing through a sales call. That is a worse ratio than dentistry, where three of eleven now publish rate cards — chiropractic marketing is still a "book a strategy session" category.
Are chiropractic ads restricted on Facebook and Instagram?
Yes, in two specific ways that catch practices out. Meta's Advertising Standards on privacy violations and personal attributes state that ads "must not contain content that asserts or implies personal attributes," and that list explicitly includes "physical or mental health (including medical conditions)." So ad copy addressed at the reader's condition — "Still suffering from your sciatica?" — is the classic rejection. Separately, Meta's health and wellness rules require that ads "promoting or marketing dietary, health, or weight loss or weight gain products and services must be targeted to people at least 18 years or older." Write about the service, not about the reader.
Can a chiropractor run before-and-after images in Meta ads?
More often than most agencies assume, but with limits. Meta's health and wellness standards allow before-and-after transformation imagery for cosmetic procedures when the ad is targeted to adults 18+, to "illustrate people using the product or the service, and its impact." What is prohibited is separate: "statements of inferiority about physical appearance," sensational or exaggerated claims, and zoomed-in body imagery such as a "close up on specific body area by pinching fat." Posture-correction creative usually fails on the inferiority rule, not on the before-and-after rule.
Can a chiropractic ad claim to cure a condition?
No. Meta's health and wellness standards prohibit claims that a product or service can cure, heal or eliminate an incurable disease — diabetes, cancer, autism and HIV are the named examples — while claims about treating or managing symptoms are permitted. On top of the platform rule, chiropractic advertising claims are separately governed by your state chiropractic board and by the FTC's substantiation requirement, so any outcome claim should be one you can document.
Should a chiropractor spend on Google Ads or Meta ads first?
Google first, in almost every case. Chiropractic demand is largely reactive — someone throws their back out and searches "chiropractor near me" — and search captures it at the moment of intent. Meta is better for the second phase: reactivation of lapsed patients, decompression or scoliosis programs that nobody searches for by name, and new-location launches. Note that two of the eight agencies here (Rocket Chiro and Propel) do not run Meta ads at all, so if paid social is your plan, they are the wrong shortlist.
What should I ask a chiropractic agency before signing?
Four questions. Who owns the website, ad accounts and Google Business Profile if we part ways — Rocket Chiro is explicit that there is no contract, most of the others publish nothing. What is the contract term, in writing, not on the homepage. Do you report booked new-patient appointments or just form fills and calls. And does it integrate with my practice-management system — none of the agencies here publishes a ChiroTouch, Genesis or Jane integration, so attribution usually stops at the lead.
Is a chiropractic-only agency better than a generalist?
Usually, and less because of media skill than because of compliance and lifecycle knowledge. A chiro-only shop already knows which ad copy trips Meta's personal-attributes rule and how a reactivation sequence should be paced against a care plan. The tradeoff is price: the chiropractic-only field is where "call us for a quote" survived longest, and seven of the eight agencies here still will not tell you what they charge. If you are a single location under about $1,500/month, a good generalist running your Google Ads properly will beat a specialist running them lightly.
Should a practice hire an agency or an in-house marketer?
A single practice rarely has enough work to justify a senior full-time marketer, so in-house hires skew junior — and juniors cannot run ads, local SEO and creative equally well. Agencies spread senior specialists across your account. In-house starts to win at multi-location scale. We wrote out the full math. Agency vs. hiring in-house →
